At the beginning of the epidemic in 2020, the group company actively responded to the national call of “mobilizing all forces to resolutely win the battle of epidemic prevention and control” put forward by the General Secretary, urgently shut down the newly built food production line with an investment of RMB 150 million, transformed and changed production, and invested heavily to establish Shandong Kangertai Protective Products Co., Ltd. At present, our company has a total investment of RMB 360 million, covers an area of more than 420 mu, and has a production park with a production workshop of more than 80,000 square meters, and has purchased more than 3,000 sets of equipment, including flat mask machines, automatic spot welders and KN95 mask production equipment, reaching the production scale of 12 million flat masks and 4 million KN95 masks per day. Zibo Ruize Nonwovens Co., Ltd. was wholly acquired, and through technical transformation and capacity expansion, the annual output of meltblown fabrics is 350,000 tons and the annual output of various nonwovens is 60 tons. At present, our company has five independent production enterprises in the medical protection industry, including Shandong Kangertai Protective Products Co., Ltd., Shandong Ruize Protective Products Co., Ltd., Shandong Ruize Medical Technology Co., Ltd., Zibo Ruize Nonwovens Co., Ltd. and Shandong Kangertai Polymer Materials Co., Ltd. The disposable protective masks, KN95 masks, isolation gown and other products have been certified by the Ministry of Commerce as double “white list” enterprise project for import and export, and have been certified by EU CE, Russian EAC and FDA registration. The products are exported to more than a dozen countries and regions. According to the strategic requirements of combining peacetime with wartime, our company shouldered the responsibility of national brands and made outstanding contributions to winning the battle of epidemic prevention and control. The Central Core Journal - the People’s Forum magazine sponsored by People’s Daily made a special report on our company with the title Transformation of Private Enterprises and High-task Development -Exploration of “Kangertai” in the Epidemic Examination; On December 30, 2020, Wenhui Daily reported our company in full page with the title Products Cover all over the World, and Excellent Products Are Certified in Many Countries.
